Since most of my posts are skewed toward the crazies in my house, I've been gently reminded that some of you would like a Kyra update.
She is now 8 months old (Which according to Jared's Gramma Buge is the pinnacle of cuteness. Sorry, Kyra, it's all down hill from here.)
She can crawl...including the ability to maneuver out of my sunken living room. Which has provided for a few missing baby searches. Forget just crawling, in the 2 weeks it took me to finish this post she has learned to pull up and get into sitting position...bye bye baby!
She squeals and squeaks and calls Jared da-da. He always swore he would be immune to the power of a daughter's gentle smile and beautiful eyes. And he was for the first two, but this baby has him wrapped around her pinky. (And I think she knows it.)
She can make a mess with the best of them. Isn't there a rule in the parenting handbook about the obligatory dirty baby asleep in the high chair picture?

Ohhhhh...the dirty baby in the high chair should be blown up and framed.
Colbie has a new milestone. She barks like a puppy. Not kidding. I am starting to wonder if she is developing properly...
I LOVE that last pic. I will have to say those are my favorite moments. I love when they just start to bob their head and soon enough lights out. It is so cute.
Yea, Kyra pictures! She looks more and more like a Shannon every day. Such a cutie!
Love the chunky monkey legs. She reminds me a lot of Lucy, since they're about the same age. Lucy's just about to start crawling, heaven help me. I can't believe Amy was really changing her diaper! They're so adorable.
