Tara before the recital began. She said she was a little nervous. You can tell by the smile!

The dancers wait...

She did a great job on the ballet part Angels on Your Pillows. I didn't get to video any because Amy was a bit too restless. I'm amazed at that girl's grace. She didn't get that from me!
Then her class got to do their tap performance Monster Mash. Aren't the costumes cute? She is the 5th girl from the left (when the music stops...basically center stage). You can't see faces, but you can at least see what they were doing!
After the performance we all got to go meet Tara "backstage" which was actually a hallway in the high school. She got a bouquet of flowers and I'm pretty sure she liked them since no one else has been allowed to touch them since!

Giving Daddy a High Five!

Hugs from Eric (whose soccer game we went to right after the recital)

A big hug for Mom!

It was a really fun day for Tara to be the center of attention.

How fun! You'll have to tell Tara I think she's beautiful. Why is she growing up so mcuh already?
Yeah for TARA. You look so pretty and did such a great job. My girls have their recital on Monday!
Oh my gosh. I've known Jared since he was a punk teenager and it kind of freaks me out to see him as a dad to a very tall, very pretty, very Shannon-looking girl! "Hey" from Cali, I've been blogstalking you for a couple of weeks now, just so you know!
