You know how a kid looks when they have something in their mouth they shouldn't?
Amy had that look.
I did a quick inspection and concluded that she had fished Jared's gum out of the trash can.
If that isn't gross enough, Ian convinced Amy to give it to him. Watching Ian enjoy a few chomps and smacks helped Amy realize the value of her previous acquisition. Since both children were convinced of how incredibly lucky they were to be in possession of already-been-chewed gum, a wrestling match broke out.
Turns out both kids lost on that one since the gum ended up in Amy's hair and was deemed unusable by all parties.

Kalena got that look the other day-- turned out to be most of a cough drop wrapper.
Did the gum come out of her hair or did you have to cut it out?

LOL...the things kids will do for some candy, huh? Kaia is always "sniffing" out my candy stashes.
Gum in hair means you lost. Kids won!
Nice . . . At least it was from your own trash can and not the street, right?? I think I remember eyeing blue gum on the sidewalk as a child!
