Ok, I got tagged so here we go...
What is his name? Jared. He goes by his middle name and if the kids really want to annoy him they call him Timothy.
How long have you been married? 10 years!
How long did you date? Um, if I remember right it was a year, then engaged for just under 6 mos.
How old is he? 33 almost 34
Who eats more sweets? I don't want to admit this, but it is probably me. Jared eats cookies (1 handful which is about 4 cookies)after lunch and dinner, but I try and snack on sweets all day long.
Who said I love you first? Jared.
Who is taller? Jared is 6'4" and I'm 5'5". Almost a foot difference
Who can sing better? me
Who is smarter? Me, but the lack of sleep I've been getting for the last 6 years has really leveled the playing field. (I love you honey!)
Who does the laundry? I do, but Jared helps if I'm totally stressed out or sick.
Who pays the bills? I do, but Jared keeps meticulous records of every penny spent everywhere and then creates spreadsheets, graphs, etc about our money. Jared however isn't allowed to touch the check register. He always manages to transpose some number and I spend forever figuring out why we don't balance.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? When you are looking at it? I'm on the right. It is closest to the door and therefore I buffer him from the seemingly endless interruptions on our precious sleep!
Who mows the lawn? Jared
Who cooks dinner? Me. One time Jared made dinner and Tara threw up. He says his cooking is that bad. Shoot...kids have thrown up my dinners too, but I still cook.
Who drives? Jared. He doesn't want to deal with the back seat commotion
Who is more stubborn? He would say me and I would say him, so neither of us, right?
Who kissed who first? Jared, but I asked what took him so long.
Who asked who out first? Jared called me it was basically a blind date since I didn't really know who was asking (there were 3 Jared's in the branch at the time) and he only picked me because my name came next on the ward list. Shannon to Silver...big leap!
Who proposed? Jared, we are a traditional couple
Who wears the pants? Jared. If something is really important to me and if I ask enough with enough solid reasoning even Jared will give in. :) Eric loves preschool and Ian and I love our time together!!
